Doesn't feel very solid once put together. Just feels a little cheap and wiggles against the door frame. The black metal pressed flush against the door frame wsa not padded and would obviously damaged things in the long run. I would return if I had kept the box.

I actually intended to get a different bar seeing as this one had rather poor reviews, but accidentally got this instead (reason to not drink and purchase things on Amazon). This bar deservedly earned its low rating. The construction is very poor, and flexes considerably under my weight (165 lbs). The brace bar (the bar which rests atop the door frame) does not make contact at all points, and therefore applies more force to the door frame than the actual wall above as it was designed. The padding on the outside does little to protect the door frame and requires more padding added post purchase. I probably would have given this bar 1 star, but at least it still looks like a pull up bar, so it has that going for it at least.

On of the arms is longer then the other so when trying to use it the weight is unevenly distributed since only on arm is resting on the door and the other is almost in mid air
