A really nice hat, not quite what I was expecting. But nonetheless a really nice hat

"I am a western, Outlaw style country Singer. I am also extremely picky when it comes to quality. Based on the sizing chart provided, I went with the XL in ordering both a Black and Brown hat - they fit perfectly! I got both colors to match whatever I need to wear outfit wise.
I'm really surprised to read some of the low review scores, because I don't know what you all expected for the price??? I dig that this hat is all leather, and even that they are made in Mexico - which brings more nostalgia to the early Clint Eastwood spaghetti western movie vibe (though they were actually filmed in Spain). This is quality rough leather, and I have zero regrets!! I bought two for the same price of what just one of some of these felt hats cost on Amazon that don't even look as cool! Forget the frills that you often see in some cowboy hats that are too ornate and over the top! Get this bad-ass hat that fits what we all imagine the old west to have been." Bob

Originally was taking a shot in the dark and didn't know if this would be good...However...

Bought brown, though it's a little darker than brown. Read other reviews regarding size - my normal is a size Large, so I went XL and it fits very well, able to withstand blasting winds we have in my state. Hat must be molded properly, as when received it was not covered in any plastic - just in a box - and has a small scratch from opening the box without hesitation (which is my bad, not the shippers).

Genuine Leather, made in Mexico, XL, snug at my size of Large, and keeps me warm. This is more than just a costume piece, it can be worn daily if you'd like. Just know you'll have to mold the point and bend the front a little for the style to be right.

Overall it's fair for the price point. Don't expect a super plush western style Stetson. It's perfect for Halloween or for a few time use.

Fantastic quality got it for my brothers star wars bounty hunter cosplay can't wait to get the rest done to go with the hat. The fitment is great too cause he has a giant watermelon head and it fits great
