I ordered this lock after my key broke off inside the factory lock. I love the fact that I now have two additional ways to gain entry via this lock. I use the fob the most. In fact, the other night, someone outside the camper needed something from the kitchen, but I was already in bed. I was able to unlock the outside door with the fob and let them in from bed - and then lock it again remotely when they left.
My only concern is the feel of the plastic inside handle. Hopefully I'm wrong, but it seems like under heavy use, it may break eventually. I wish it would have been steel like the factory handle. I still give it 5 stars, just because of how convenient and cool it is.

I bought this product March of this year and haven't experienced any problems so far. I bought this handle, along with 3 other mechanical handles, to replace the original handles that came with my rig. RVLock matched the keys so I only have to carry 1 key for 4 different locks, which is great! The keyless function is pretty cool. Installation was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I installed this on my 2016 Crossroads Cruiser 315RL. This is a great product. My only problem is the inability to shut off or change the volume on the beep that plays when it is locked or unlocked. Can be very annoying, especially early in the morning or late at night. Easy to install, had to man handle it into the existing hole, used a utility knife to carve the fiberglass a little to accommodate. The product itself is sturdy, however the inner handles are plastic and a little pliable. Overall it still seems more sturdy than the OEM.

Bought this for the wife, she hates the RV keys and gets confused which key and which way it turns, but now with this, we can get in even if our keys are not in our pockets, smooth and easy install, works very well and lights up at night to see the keypad. Maybe if RV Locks can out 0-9 in their next version that would be good, but we change our codes frequently but have enough of a variety that it works well.
