I LOVE this bag. I have been coveting it for a few weeks and decided to pull the plunge. I am so happy I did. I am a Commercial Property Manager and I spend time all day at 10 properties. Since I have keys, a phone, an Ipad and paperwork to tote around this bag is exactly what I need to fit everything neatly. The many pockets are a huge bonus. The color and feel are the perfect "distressed" look with the distressed leather accents as well. I bought the 13.3 inch as I am a small person and didn't want anything too bulky but it comes in bigger sizes as well. Fast shipping and amazing price for something of this quality, where other sites wanted $20 or more for a similar product. The brown on the inside is a nice color contrast and very soft.

Loveddddd. I was afraid it would be too big for my 13 year old nephew but it's perfect. Just like any other messenger bag size. The color/look is exactly the same as in the display it's orange in the inside, looks really cool and baggy would recommend and I'm very picky on bags.

Great leather material that's looks a little rough. it gives it an older vintage look. The size is perfect for what i need for my laptop and books. its very wide and large enough for my 15inch laptop and some books and a pencil case. it has extra compartments inside and outside of the bag. the strap seems really durable. seems like it will last long. I'm still worried about how this bag lasted for some other customers but we will see. so far its the best messenger bag I've owned yet.

update, it is a bit uncomfortable as just a shoulder bag and can get pretty heavy with one MacBook, a binder with a half package if paper in it, a not book, a very think gift bible, and a small pencil case. has a lot of storage though. but still holding up and i still love it.

update (march 24 2017) still holding up very well. not only now fits my laptop, but fits a largish pencil case, a 1 inch binder filled with papers, and a journaling bible in a large folding case along with another book. i can it two water bottles on the sides. i can also fit a bunch of small tubes of paints (i go to an art college) in the front pocket along with brushes, earbuds, and my wallet. in the other front pocket im able to fit my charger and cord as well as some extras like chap sticks, pens, sticky notes, and a few papers. keeps everything dry as well.

it gets heavy but is comfortable on the shoulder. the adjusting straps get a little loose every now and then but kind of to be expected. I still absolutely love this, if not love it even more considering how long it has lasted so far.

Great product, well worth the approximate $45 I spent on it. I have a 13.3" slim laptop and it fit into the bag, although without a protective bag, and with the zipper barely closing. With the laptop inside I was able to fit a couple of manila, letter sized folders having about 200 pages, and not much more on the main pocket. It is small, but that's what I wanted.

Comparison: I actually purchased the identical HDE Vintage bag linked in this review as well and compared side by side (see pictures). In the pictures attached the Berchirly is the black bag, the HDE is the brown bag. I don't know whether either the Berchirly or HDE are original designs - at this price point they may both be replicas of a more expensive bag - but the Berchirly is definitely a better product. The stitching quality is more precise (keeping same distance from edges), the strap buckles are fixed via square stitching (the HDE is a single, center-line stitch), and the magnetic buckles are identically branded, yet on the Berchirly they are more prominent. This can either be an inconsistency in buckle manufacturing or a sign of a counterfeit buckle. Possibly counterfeit, since the top (female) buckles were different brands. Also, the inside liner on the Berchirly is not only a better canvas material, but it is larger as well. The HDE inside liner is stitched smaller than the already small bag, a defect which reflects the superior attention to quality on the Berchirly bag.

Conclusion: I returned the HDE and am very happy with my Berchirly bag. At this price point would definitely recommend this bag.

I ordered the large Gray 14.7" bag and it works and looks fantastic however I noticed the bag I received was a little more "dimmer and tired" than what's advertised and I debated whether to return it or not.
What's advertised is a bright gray bag with vivid reddish-brown leather straps. The bag I received is attached.
