I love the fact that I only have to take one ...

I love the fact that I only have to take one tablet per day. Before taking these, I would catch every virus that happened to be going around. Since starting on these, I haven't been sick once, and I have been exposed to a lot of sick people - I work in a prison. So I feel these vitamins have greatly enhanced my immune system, and for me that's a very important thing. I will be taking these from now on!

Seems to be a good multi, tablets aren't too big, my husband doesn't complain about swallowing them as he has with others we've tried. We're staying in good health, I plan to reorder
annoying. I don't feel I've taken them long enough ...

I've only had these about a month, but lately Amazon seems to push for a review immediately ... annoying. I don't feel I've taken them long enough to tell how effective they are, but I have definitely not experienced any undesirable effects.

My arthritis is actually gone and I am 64. Some of the minerals in this must have been missing in my diet. It might work for you as I feel better of course it might not.

I thought I'd take a chance on this product and WOW was I surprised to find out that on the first day I felt GREAT! It seems to really work for me. I'm thinking of trying to have my daughter take because of the size. The supplements are so much smaller then the ones I'm used to that she may be able to take them. She's not great with large supplements. The cost is so much better then the ones I've been taking, that I may stop buying those after they're gone. I would recommend these to everyone. I had purchased a well know supplement from Amazon (Garden of Life) just before these and they were terrible. Took them for a week or two and felt nothing at all. The price was even more and the company won't take them back. Beware of companies that won't stand behind their product. You can't go wrong.
