Just received my Eggwitch, had to try right away. Loved it. My microwave is a high wattage (1250) so I set it for 55 seconds and cooked one whole egg, not stirred. a perfect done egg. I did stick the middle of the yolk with a toothpick just in case. Hope to continue getting such good results.

Tried these out today for the first time. 1 minute per the instructions, right? Nope, boom, and egg all over the microwave. And definitely NOT nonstick.

Just ordered two more sets of these. We've used them mostly to make "Greek omelets" using one whole egg, one egg white, with small amounts of minced red onion, tiny chunks of broccoli or spinach, feta and shredded cheddar. Cook for about one minute, 15-20 sec depending on amt of extra ingredients used. Let set for a couple of minutes still covered to ensure it has cooked through. Clean up is a breeze even without oil or butter. You can even fix them the night before, refrigerate, and then just pop in the microwave in the morning!

Love these! They make a perfect muffin sized "omelet" for a breakfast sandwich. I've tried doing the same with little custard dishes or small bowls and never get results nearly as good or consistent. One can be very creative with adding chopped veggies, meat, cheese, etc.
Does not taste microwaved, huge time saver!

This really works!! I've bought a few extra for friends and family. I add cheese and sautéed or roasted chopped veggies, and already coked sausage links chopped. The muffin takes longer than the egg to cook! I wrap it up and have it for breakfast at work. Tastes better than what you'd get at a fast food place!
