Cap sucks

The cap on this thing is abysmal... just popped right off. Unfortunately I was in the car with the heater running when I opened this and the powder went straight in my face. (that's my mistake I know, but moral of the story is watch the cap on this) That being said, I moved it into an old salt shaker and will be ordering another jar soon, hot as hell.

I'd bought another brand of Carolina Reaper powder on Amazon and was disappointed. I'm pretty sure it was diluted.
This is the real stuff. So good. I think I may be getting used to Carolina Reaper pepper so I may be ordering a replacement bottle before too long, because I'm using increasing quantities of the stuff :)

I love this stuff, the heat is intense, flavor is good, and its ground very fine. The biggest complaint i have on it is the container is horrible as others have stated. the container leaks and the holes are way to big for this fine powder its easy to over do it. i had a different container left over from another spice so i just transferred it over and its perfect. i have so far used this on Chili, Taco Meat, Spaghetti Sauce, and Pizza and Salsa. the ideas are endless it spices anything up!

Perfect for any spice-lover. It's heat comes on quickly but very nicely, just like the pepper. The the chili powder only has a slight flavor itself - nothing that would overtake a dish such as chili, guacamole, or stews (some of my favorites for the powder). Have used about 2/3rd of the container at this time and plan on purchasing another soon.

This is a good spice. The flavor is strong but not overpowering if used in moderation. We have used it for red beans and rice (one small shake for a bowl - we didn't add it to the whole pot as some folks were not fans of spiciness) and for taco meat. We made your standard "package of seasoning mix" taco meat and then added a small can of green chiles and a couple of shakes of this powder. The result was pleasantly spicy taco meat that wasn't too strong for any of us.
