Filled with Concrete

I bought the XL rock for the corner of my yard to keep trucks and cars from driving in my grass as they pull in the alley behind my house. I filled it with high strength concrete. It took (4) 80lb bags to fill completely. I placed the rock upside down on a roll-cart, and filled it first with (2) bags, let harden, then bag #3 let it harden, then bag #4 and let it harden. By doing it this way, I ensure that it's dry and sets properly all the way through. I now have a 330lb rock which would have cost me $400-$500 to buy a landscaping boulder of this size and weight and have it delivered.

fantastic fake rock! It has amazing surface detail (see middle picture) and great color. DO NOT take the gray one as the gray seems, according to other reviewers, too artificial looking. In the attached pictures you can compare this rock (on right) to another faux boulder by Dekorra (on left). The smaller rocks are real; truly there is not much difference!

Looks great. I ordered another brand first and it looked so fake - i returned it and tried this one.
On the attached pic, it is the on the right side, inside the flagstone walkway. All the other rocks are real, it's covering an electricall outlet.

This is so realistic looking. I got it to cover a spigot in the sprinkler line that is right near the front porch. This is SO much more appealing and I would defy anyone to know the difference - that is, until they see me move it to use the spigot. Next season, we may modify it (cut an opening in the back) to make access to the spigot easier, but it looks great and here are the photos to prove it. The big boulder on the right is real. The small, grey one is the fake. Pretty good, right? Oh, an the packaging was great too! It came covered very well in a heavy plastic bag (in order not to mar the paint during shipment) and then into the box. I really appreciate that kind of care.
