I purchased a Used-Like New version of this and now I am paying for that because the parts needed to customize this to my Freedom Roof Mount awning are missing. Everything else was present and untouched, so it seems that someone bought this to take the parts they needed and left only one set of the 4 options that are detailed in the instructions to customize the sidebars to your particular model.
Now I guess I will try to contact and find the correct parts from Carefree.

Wish we would have done this sooner because adding a second living area gave us a place for the kids to play. We put two outdoor carpets down to have an easy floor area. No matter what the weather is outside or the time of day, we have a safe space to let the kids do art projects or play with Legos. Great price and not too difficult to install with two people.

Kinda flimsy in the wind

It is a good way to add a screen room to your rv. However, the tension arms are VERY flimsy. Here in Florida when we get a strong wind, they blow right off the mounting points. We duct taped them to the awning support to get them to stay. It is not waterproof either. It reduces rain getting in, but we still get puddles inside the tent when it rains.

The instructions are nonexistent. But there are a couple of very good videos on YouTube that show you how to set it up. Me and my sis had it set up in about an hour and a half. Of course now that it's set up it only takes minutes to put up now. I love the clear windows. I can leave the window of my RV open and the air conditioning goes into the room.. doubled by living area.
