Had to laminate two cards five times...

I have real hard time trying to keep the teslin paper firmly placed in the butterfly pouch. The laminator squeezes up causing an extra wide strip of laminiate at the bottom with the top of the teslin paper sometimes sticking out of the top of the butterfly pouch. Had to laminate two cards five times and only one came out close enough to satisfied. Just gave up. Using Brainstorm ID 10 mil laminate butterfly pouches.

Gets Stuck!

The first time I used it the lamination got stuck inside because the back end where it is supposed to come out was so tight nothing could pass through. This was using lamination that was not thick or bulky. Tired to take apart the unit to remove the lamination but you can not take it apart after taking off the cheap plastic casing.
