It does not cure anything but it helps ease the ringing for myself. I think each person is probably different. It helps enough and is noticeable enough for me to continue buying them.
These supplements have not made my tinnitus go away. Maybe it has helped it remain at bay and not gotten worse.

I use these supplements because they make me feel like they are better than using nothing for my tinnitus. I continue to take them and have been taking them for many years for my tinnitus, my tinnitus is still there. It hasn't gone away and it hasn't gotten worse so I keep taking them.

I have custom fitted musician's earplugs, and a variety of filters. I'm careful about wearing them in the car, church, concerts, loud restaurants, movies, etc., to keep more damage from being done. I take one with food in the AM, and again in the evening.
