there is a useless button that really doesn't seem to do anything but ...

Far too big, awkward and difficult to read buttons that do not light up. Must press too many buttons too many times to get it to increase or decrease in power, each time yu change from one type of massage to another you must reset the intensity, there is a useless button that really doesn't seem to do anything but appears to be there so you can increase the speed of the units' waves... it does nothing at all on mine. My biggest problem is that it is just far too big and slippery... it slips around, slides, etc.. I have had tens units before, this is the worst one I have ever owned. Also, you cannot adjust the time that it remains on... like it or not, unless you turn it to off manually, it will stay on for 80 minutes.

love this thing.. had pain in the shoulder.. this thing helped me to get rid of it.. highly recommended... it's nice that it comes with different buttons labeled for different areas but sill had to spend some time to research proper placement for the pads..
Money well spent to releive lower back pain

Our insurance bought us a similar type unit my husband and I both used it for lower back pain. We lost it while traveling a while ago so I was happy to see how affordable it is to buy a replacement for ourselves. This is just as good as the one that insurance bought us. It came in handy when my son had a massive charlie horse in his quad. Will definitely use a couple of times a week.

This product is amazing. Multiple settings. Multiple levels of intensity let you be in control. I've had it for over a year and haven't had to replace the batteries yet. I recommend to everyone I know!

Item came promptly and was just as described. It is powerful (I have not gotten past a setting of 3). It is has built in options for all the mail body parts, plus you can customize your own. I love the option of up to 4 zones, although I have only gotten up to 2 at once. Very easy to use. Love it!
