This stuff really helps! My chiropractor recommended it for my hip - arthritis, damaged labrum, swelling - and I'm now taking this, avocado oil & soybean oil pills recommended on the Mayo Clinic site, and Algae Omega which I've taken for years because it stopped chronic pain in my shoulder. I now have zero pain in any joints. I don't know how much each of the three supplements is effecting this pain-free condition, but I'll just keep taking all of them as long as it stays this way. I couldn't be happier!! Well, maybe if I could figure out how to be 25 again, but at 58, I'm totally happy!!

Been using this product for a few years now. I notice the difference as soon as I stop taking it. Helps me with eye dryness and I can definitely move more freely first thing in the morning and throughout the day. In my experience, it takes a few months of use before you notice a difference, and you absolutely have to remember to take it every day. I put it right in my mouth from the dropper because it really has no flavor at all.
