Bought them for my dad who suffers from PF and has for years. He would complain about "burning" pain in his heels and he would say that on the car ride home his heels would ache so bad, he could barely keep his foot on the gas. So he put these in his work boots (he's on his feet all day) and not a PEEP since. He said he hasn't had a single heel ache from the first day he wore them. I have tried many, many arch insoles. I am liking these better than any I have tried. i wore them too long the first time, and had to back off a bit. But now, I am switching from shoes to boots with them every day. I have collapsed arches with an accessory navicular bone which protrudes at the arch. These are not hurting me as most do and are very comfortable and helpful for my situation. I am female with long narrow foot. I will buy more and probably for my son as well. Thank you!!
