I received my insoles yesterday and put them in my running shoes immediately! They fit perfectly in my shoes! Yay!!!! I wore them for about two hours. My feet, legs and hips were hurting. I have flat feet. Very flat feet. My feet hurt all the time. The directions says to wear a few hours at a time until you are use to them. That's not a joke. I put my shoes back on this morning, my feet feel pretty good! I can feel there is bone adjustments taking place, therefore, causing the discomfort. It is going to take some time to get use to this new way of walking! After 64 years of being flat footed, I will be patient. I'll update later on to give the real verdict! But I have to say, after just a few hours of wearing these insoles, I'm pleased that I purchased them!
UPDATE: I have worn these insoles every day now and I am really happy with them. My feet feel good, they don't hurt like they use to!! I'm really happy I got these, and I probably will purchase another set for my other shoes so I don't have to keep transferring!! Thank you Samurai!!

Good quality product. I quit Dr Scholls when they abandoned their good ortho grade inserts. After trying several brands I stuck with Samurai for last two years - I use them in my ortho shoes and ortho boots. I have flat feet, extensive arthritis and a damaged lower back so foot pads are critical. Pads last a year then my pain starts up, telling me to buy new. They don't have quite enough padding for me which is why the 4. But they work for a lot of folks not as dinged up as me and really hold up well.

I've had these for 10 days now and love them, I do a lot of walking and standing between work and my little ranch I own. Usually 10+ miles a day, and sometimes have pain in my heels and arch area. I have used dr scholls in the past which typically I wear out after a short period of time, I must say these samurai inserts are very comfortable and durably constructed. I haven't had any feet pain and plan on staying with this brand and highly recommend them for anyone with similar feet problems.

No cutting needed. I'm a 7.5 and have plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I popped these inserts in and could feel the difference right away! I've been through many Dr Scholls inserts with absolutely NO luck. AND what a pain those are to return. I was skeptical about the Samuari Insoles but I know Amazon's return policy is amazing so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Would recommend these for anyone!

UPDATE 04/10/17
Took my new friends on a 10 mile tempo run yesterday. No slipping, no uncomfortable edges, no rubbing, and...no pain. Knee pain stayed to a minimum, feet felt energized the whole run. The rest of the day and the following day I have not yet experienced pain in my foot that typically follows a long run. Took these kids out of the running shoes and into some slip on canvas shoes and they worked just as wonderfully!

UPDATE 04/06/17
I took these puppies for an 8 mile track workout. Typically, the day after my speed workouts, I will hobble around because my spring ligament hates me and I'm ignoring medical advice to stop running. So my pain is no reflection on these insoles, just my own stubbornness. So, I wore these for a 3 mile walk with my family earlier in the day. Still leaves plenty of room in my Brooks Pure Cadence so my toes don't feel squished. For the speed workout, I put them in my New Balance sneakers. Plenty of room, fits perfectly, no sliding issues, can't even tell they are there aside from that extra support. Today, I'm feeling a lot less stiffness and pain in my foot! I'm so excited! Barely any pain aside from the typical soreness that follows a hard speed workout! Very happy. Will be taking these with me on my 10 mile tempo run this weekend.

I ordered these after a quick google search had them listed as one of the better insoles to get in a modest price range.I have flat feet, not fallen arches, feet so flat I make a duck look like he has high arches. my navicular bone sticks out on both feet, I over pronate, and I have now developed issues with my spring ligament on my right foot. I'm a runner and typically ignore all the foot pain because I figured that comes with the territory of being a flat footed person. However, I've been training harder than usual for a new half marathon PR and my right foot is not not happy. So i decided to cave and try out some insoles.

So far, I've only had them for a day. I've gone on a 2 mile walk with my dog and a 4 mile run. the walk I used my Brooks PureCadence. Took out the insert and put these bad boys in. The walk was comfortable and my foot felt about 50% better during that walk. For running, I have New Balance vongos I used today. Slipped out the shoe inserts and these again fit perfect inside without any issue. NO slipping, no issues feeling the edges. The insoles offered great support, and my foot felt pretty happy running in these. I'm planning to wear these and get my feet used to them and see if they are up for a 10 or 12 mile run in the next couple weeks. Overall, happy so far!
