Arrived on time and in perfect condition. I got these for my very flat-footed son. He nearly walks on his ankles it's so bad. The insoles fit perfectly into his shoes. I had him start with one hour a day. He can definitely feel soreness after the hour. His muscles, ligaments, and tendons are getting stronger and realigning already. I will continue to have him increase his time with the insoles over the next few weeks. He tells me his knees and hips feel better too. I'll update if things change for the worse. So far, we are both pleased.

I'm a runner and I've worn arch supports for nearly 30 years. I have slightly lower arches and under pronate a little. (I wear the arch supports to keep from getting knee pain.) My feet are small, but regular in width. I usually have problems with arch supports fitting well inside my shoes, putting too much pressure on the top of my foot (where the shoe laces), or causing arch pain after wearing them for too long. These don't have any of those problems. They are the most comfortable arch support I've ever worn. I've now worn them every day for 4 months straight, and they've held up wonderfully. Good quality product. I quit Dr Scholls when they abandoned their good ortho grade inserts. After trying several brands I stuck with Samurai for last two years - I use them in my ortho shoes and ortho boots. I have flat feet, extensive arthritis and a damaged lower back so foot pads are critical. Pads last a year then my pain starts up, telling me to buy new. They don't have quite enough padding for me which is why the 4. But they work for a lot of folks not as dinged up as me and really hold up well.

I"ve only been using these for a few days, but they seem pretty good. They're a little bit more firm than I'd hoped, but that could be a good thing. My worry is that they need to last a while, be durable. I can't really tell yet how long they'll last until I use the product more. I'll be back with an update if my rating changes.
