My kids love to be okay with their cars, so I was looking for a rug that our robot vacuum can go over, is easy to clean, and, most notably, is a fun color. Most options are green or black, which I don't prefer for the room. This is blue, more like on the lavender side, but not girlish. The roads are wide enough to fit hot wheels or similar cars side by side. My son likes the parking lots; this one having parking spaces is a plus to us. It arrived nicely packaged, and as soon as I lay, it stayed without wrinkles.
This is exactly what we've been looking for!

I LOVE it. We have been looking for one as big and as detailed as the one our son had in the late '80s. After two years of looking, we thought that kind of quality was gone forever...unless you spend an offensive amount of money. As grandparents, we refuse to pay more for a toy car rug than we would spend on carpeting a room in our own house. (Extreme example, but you get the picture.).
This rug is HUGE! I can see hours of imaginative play. When you drive your little car to one end, you have to physically travel to take your car to the other end (both lengthwise and widthwise ); therefore you become so involved in your playing that you.......sorry, I'm rambling.
The quality is excellent, and I can't comment on the price since I got this rug at an UNBELIEVABLE $40. So, I ordered three more. Now all of our grandsons can have one of their own at home. Now that I have it, I know I would have spent much more to have this quality. I have a feeling that the granddaughters (one is 20 months, and the other has an ETA of Dec 15) will enjoy it too.
I hope the grandkids like it as much as I do. They won't see it till Christmas. (Yes, I got out the little cars and tried it out. I had to check it for quality purposes....right?)
