I'm very happy I was able to stumble upon this product, because my wall outlet was beginning to look like a fire hazard with the two way plugged into the three way with a three way extension cord plugged into that just so I could get my entire AppleÂ©ï¸ gadget collection plugged into USB power. In case you're not familiar AppleÂ©ï¸ uses these "massive" square blocks, that take up two spaces on a power strip, so getting everything plugged in uses a lot of "power strip" real estate. So needless to say when I found the RavPower 60w 6 port USB adapter that was smart enough to charge whatever I plugged into it regardless of which port I used and was reasonably priced, I ordered it. Also it came with a two pronged cord that is roughly 3ft. long so I was able to get the ports closer to my equipment and I was able to ditch the 6ft USB cords I was previously using.
I've been using it now for the past 6 months and there are no complaints, I'm still a very happy customer and would recommend this to my mom if she needed it. (Her VCR is still blinking 12:00) so she probably won't ever need it. LoL!!

I bought this charger before traveling on a cruise ship because the cabins usually have very limited numbers of electric outlets available. Since most of the items we would charge are USB powered devices, I thought a 6-port USB charger would be enough ports. In the photo attached I have the following things plugged in from left to right: iPhone 6s, Ravpower RP-PB043 20100 mAh battery, another iPhone 6s (taking the photo), OnePlus One, and an Sony Alpha A5100. The product claims to output 2.4 A on each port, which is plenty for all of these devices. These devices seemed to charge at the same speed as if I used the original included chargers.

A few things I didn't like: charging takes longer if I plug in more demanding items like tablets, due to the overall power output of 60 W total (or 2 A per port instead of the 2.4 A max per port). The ports are close together so it can get slightly tricky pulling out a plug in the middle. The product also lacks a Quick Charge output, compared to the newer version:

Overall, this product is fine and slightly cheaper than the newer version if you do not need Quick Charge. I thought it was nice to consolidate my chargers while traveling. Keep it in your suitcase the next time you travel.

I picked up one of these because I had hoped it would provide at least 2A to the Nintendo Switch to charge the system via a USB A -> USB C cable. Sadly, this RAVPower 12A charger will only provide 1.5A to the Switch.

That said, it does a great job providing 2A to the iPad Pro 12.9 etc, and and all other devices I've tested with work correctly according to the number of Amps required. Just a shame about the Nintendo Switch... The 12W iPad charger provides 2A to the Nintendo Switch just fine, so if you have that lying around, I recommend using it because it works just great.

Also to note, this has apparently been updated from when reviews were written in the past few years. The currently-shiping model does 2.4A output on EACH port, AND simultaneously, for a total of 12A, 60W (which is awesome). So if you're reading the older reviews, do note that this has clearly been updated since then. The older models listed which port output how much power. The current one does not, since each port is 2.4A max.

So, overall a great charger, but just... not for Nintendo Switch owners. :(

Finally I have a good multi-port charger. I have purchased two other chargers like this and neither one of them operated as stated. I honestly do read a lot reviews before I make most of my purchases. This time though I purchased the two bad ones from somewhere other than Amazon (sorry Amazon I didn't mean too, lesson learned)
Once back to Amazon and reading reviews it was obvious that this one must be a good one. With over 3000 reviews written its really not a hard decision to make. There are cheaper one out there as well as more expensive. I think this one falls into a good price point between those. You do pay for what you get.
This little product works great. I have two Ipads as does my wife, two Iphones 6s and 6s plus, new Fire HD8, Multiple Bluetooth headphones and probably quite a few more that I am leaving out and they all charge great. I consistently seem to have something plugged in and charging and as of yet I have had not one issue. I've not had any overheating even with all 6 ports plugged and charging. The supplied plug that I have is four feet long which I really like. I know some have reported noise problems, I have had no noise problems as of yet even with all ports plugged in.
I do appreciate the top review as it was thorough and helped me make my decision as did many other reviews.
Bottom line for me. It does what it says it will do. Its well worth the price. If you are looking for a product like this I would say look no more.

I first ran across this charger when I went to stay the weekend with some family out of town. While I was there I had inadvertently forgotten my USB power brick at home for my Iphone but I luckily had a backup cord in the car that I would use to plug my phone in while I travel. In lieu of trying to charge my phone in the car, I asked my family if they happened to have an extra charger around and they introduced me to their USB charging station that just so happened to be the RAVPower 6-Port charging station. I loved the idea so much that I ended up purchasing one from Amazon the very next week and can tell you that it has completely changed our lives when it comes to charging.
First, in my house each of us has several devices that require charging with some sort of USB cord. Instead of trying to find space to plug all of those bricks into the wall, we just plug all of our cords into the RAVPower station in our kitchen and viola, no more dead phones, kindles, etc.
