These muffins were very easy to make. My friend is GF and she enjoyed them very much, but the other adults that are not GF also enjoyed them! They have a "normal" muffin texture. Very moist and delicious.

What a great muffin mix. I have tried many others, but this one tastes the most like a regular wheat muffin. You cannot tell that it is gluten free. I added half of a banana and 3/4 cup of chopped pecans. Also I used ghee instead of oil or butter. They tasted fantastic. Even my fussy husband loved them.

I usually purchase other gluten free brands of mix or make my own. The instructions on the box were weird, but basically you need to add your wet ingredients to the dry mix, then stir in fruit.
This product is absolutely delicious! I used butter and added fresh blueberries. I would recommend. Makes delicious, fluffy muffins that kept fresh in the fridge for 2 or 3 days.

made these with mini chococlate chips that are allergen free and they came out so very good.
