I cooked the jar down to thicken the sauce and it more closely the original I remember from years past. It'd definitely missing something but it's not bad on fried calamari. Hot is not as hot as medium was originally, so only buy the Hot if you want any heat.

Vincents can be used with any type Pasta dish and any meat combo, such as meatballs, chicken, Ravioli, Stuffed Shells, and the list goes on. Best application for me is using the sauce to make different sandwiches such as Chicken Cutlet Parmigiano, meatball Parmigiano etc... Great sauce.
