The flavor is really good. I was worried the mct oil would leave a terrible taste but it does not. The serving size is 1 tbl but I find that toooo much. I add a little over a teaspoon to my coffee, mix it in my Ninja and it's awesome. The added oil in the morning is stabilizing my appetite. It's great. The option of the glass container was the reason I bought this.

Finally used this after about 10 days of having it. Still working on getting my keto life back in order and mannnn. I was having a sneezing attack as I was cleaning the house. The ghee was great and apparently does wonders for dust induced sneezing.
The taste is amazing. I will say if you don't store it immediately (like I failed to), be careful opening as it will have melted by about 90%. So it splashed a tidbit when I opened it. I am not sure if I should have refrigerated it, but I have and I can't wait for another cup of java within coffee++

Super small jar, and says in small print in contains MCT oil made from "Coconut and/or PALM KERNEL." If you are aware of how Palm Oil is acquired, and you wish to NOT support the Palm Oil biz, nix this product. Also, you won't feel as great using this product as you will if you use a truly pure grass fed organic ghee, and pure Coconut MCT oil. Bulletproof coffee is the best! This is NOT going to do the job. A lot of MCT oil that is called "PURE" is made with PALM KERNEL OIL. You don't want that. You want pure coconut oil MCT oil.
Ok, tastes good but I would rather buy them separately.

Good but not enough to last. Just buy the ghee and mct oil separately. You will save some money and you can regulate how much mct and ghee you put in your coffee that way.
