I will generally have one of these muffins as a sort of dessert with coffee. I am more or less on a self-maintenance weight project. Having been on the Nutrisystem program for some time and having lost the weight I intended I am simply trying to maintain the weight I want. These muffins are new to me and I am impressed with how good they taste. I had been using another muffin type from Nutrisystem but though I'd give these a try and in just a short time I find that I would recommend giving them a try.
