I'm obsessed with making Vanilla Extract (and looking to getting into other kinds) but Vanilla King has quickly become my favorite. I've ordered many brands and there is definitely a difference. I've ordered both A & B grade. Vanilla Bean may be slightly more expensive (for B's) but worth the difference when you put side by side with others (freshness, softer, "plumper"). Vanilla beans are typically non returnable, which makes it frustrating when you get hard, dry ones. I've never wished I could return Vanilla King's.

I ordered a package of Vanilla beans from Vanilla Bean Kings. The quality seems much better than others I've purchased from elsewhere and they arrive much sooner than expected. Since I didn't find a small bottle of vodka, I turned around and bought another pack. It may seem silly, but the deciding factor was the adhesive label they included to put on the brewing vanilla extract. A nice added customer service detail!
