Tiny pan. I'm not sure if I'll use this at all but because of it's low price and free shipping it's not worth returning. Seems more live an 8" pan and it's shallow. There's a market out there for a 9" or 10" well made divided pie pan - someone should make it!

What a simple yet clever idea for a pie pan. Easy to use, and let's me really showcase my customized crust recipes. Pie pan is just under 9 inches, so your store bought crusts work well too (if you have to use them). I'll probably get another one or two of these for gifts.
The divided insert doesn't sit flat in the bottom but ...
