I was a bit dubious about this, but decided to try it out.
I have landscaping with plants and rock next to my pool. I have tons of birds as I live on a mountain. EVERY day for several weeks the birds starting coming around the time of the sprinklers and would start digging for insects and flipping rocks onto my pool deck.
Every day I would have at least 30 or more rocks on the deck to clean up.
I put it out at first without much thought - and laughed the next day when I saw it knocked over and several rocks (although not as many).
I decided to give it a real try and carefully place and anchor it into as menacing a position as I could.
That was over 2wks ago - AND NO ROCKS!!!!!
working so far for me...

Worked pretty well, as long as my hubby moved it around at least daily. We were able to fool the birds long enough to save our berries!
Not a bird in sight since I put it up!
