I would buy this watch again.

I have worn it on multiple camping weekends, backpacking treks and a canoe trip for several years. Replaced the battery once. Waterproof seal is still good.

It's a little confusing to select different functions and thus, I avoid using it for an alarm. It's good for as a basic time piece in the wilderness. I use it as a backup in case the phone battery becomes completely depleted.

Our son absolutely LOVES this watch, and we were very impressed with it as well! I thought, from looking at the picture, the LED backlight was blue, but it's not ... it's blue, green, orange, red, purple, and can also be set to cycle through all the colors! It's SO cool! The LED lighting is every bit as bright as what's shown in each of the Fanmis S-Shock pictures - so you can see the various colors. It also has a timer, a stopwatch, an alarm, a calendar, and a compass - what's not to love?!
I first ordered one for our son who's going off to college because I wanted him to be on time for classes - thus the alarm. He rides his bike a lot - this the LED backlight - which is more amazing than any watch I've ever seen!
Anyway, once I ordered the watch for our older son, our younger son saw the picture, and expressed an interest - well he's the one who got this watch, and he just loves it! He had it set up in no time flat without any help - he's in middle school - so he's capable of reading the instructions as well as I, and probably more capable than I at setting the watch up. He said it was easy.
Our older son hasn't gotten back to me on how he likes his watch, but once he does, I'll review that one as well.

I highly recommend this watch to anyone who needs a great backlight, an alarm, a timer, stopwatch, and a calendar. I'm thinking of looking at the Fanmis Women's watches for myself because this one was so cool!

Husband loved this watch so much that I have to buy him another because he lost it. 😂 awesome watch and definitely got our money's worth!!

Though I really like the watch, the screen broke within 4 hours. Not sure how it happened but it's cracked and if you rub the crack, it gets bigger. Very disappointed.
Updated: after emailing customer service they agreed to send another, so fantastic customer service. But I'm an idiot. Apparently there is a plastic film on the glass which is what cracked and I didn't notice until my son started scratching at it. So, great watch, idiot reviewer!

This watch is awesome! I initially got it because I wanted a g-shock but I couldn't bring myself to spend the money on myself so I decided to try a look-alike. It was easy to set the time/functions on and it feels pretty durable. I haven't gotten it wet, so I can't attest to it's water resistance.

The illumination is absolutely fantastic. About 3 weeks into owning it I discovered that if you hold down the light button you can change the illumination color, that's awesome!
