Bought this but didn't need it really. First I lost weight to quickly so buy a size smaller than you think you need and second after less than a week from surgery I had very little pain. It is bulky under my dress clothes for work so I never wore it to work which is when I thought I would need it, it is also think and hot.

bought this for some relief from a incisional hernia i have just below the belly button. unfortunately it doesnt really hold it in and i had someone help me get it as tight as i could stand. fabic seems good and velcro was super strong.
