Foam Insert Works As Guide
HockeyfanJanuary 11, 2018
I drilled a hole for the shower head through porcelain tile. I used the foam insert as a guide for the bit, and kept it filled with water. I took my time and got a clean cut. I came back today to see if I could purchase another set with larger hole saws.
i think if kept wet and relatively cool while drilling

Got these to drill 4 holes through a new granite sink. I was skeptical due to the low price and ended up being really impressed. The case is well designed and built. The two sizes of bits i used had no trouble going through the composite granite sink. There was no visible wear after use. While i'm not an expert, i think if kept wet and relatively cool while drilling, these diamond bits won't wear out any time soon.
Works great

These drills worked perfectly for my needs. It took a few tries to get the hang of them, but they were exactly what I needed.
Good Deal For Five Bits That Work Well.
Sandra CMarch 12, 2017
Used two drill bits so far for installing a vessel sink and faucet on a porcelain tile counter. They both worked great, cut through the tile easily. The five bits were a good deal pricewise, so I bought the set even though at the time I only needed two sizes. Well pleased.
This works better than advertised
ishootfriendliesFebruary 15, 2017
This works better than advertised. I had to cut a 1 3/4" hole in floor tile for a gas line. It easily and quickly cut through the tile and Durock. It was much easier than I thought it would be.

The hardest part is starting the hole. The way that worked best for me was to tilt the bit so only about 10% of the bit is touching, run it at full speed, and slowly set the bit into the tile. As soon as it cuts into the tile, tilt it back to level and it will complete the circle. Then just keep it wet. It honestly took about 20 seconds to cut through the tile and Durock.
