This jackfruit is much better than any other brand I've tried! Straight from the can this jackfruit is tender and palatable and doesn't have that weird rubbery texture from preservatives found in other brands. It costs 4x more than what I pay at my local Asian market, but it's kind of worth it.
Great alternative for meat, chicken!
