Good for the heart

I started taking it to reduce cholesterol. I don't like the taste and as of now, I don't know for sure if it has decreased my cholesterol.. However, I do know that when my heart flutters and i take a few drops, it brings me back to normal right away. So I have to believe that it impacts the heart in a positive way. I'm looking forward to my next physical to see if it has decreased my cholesterol.
