Cute, cute, cute. The light is fairly dim and does not go off during the day if positioned in a dim area of the house. If I wanted a nightlight for an elderly person or in an area where it would be important to see as not to trip, I would purchase a brighter light. This light will not go off automatically in someplace like a dim hallway or windowless bathroom and would have to be unplugged every morning. That said, it is perfect for a child's room where you want a little light for comfort but not enough to keep them awake. It was perfect for what I wanted.

Adorable and very powerful. When I got it out of the box it didn't seem like much, in fact my mom looked even more doubtful. When we plugged it in, WOW!!!! We love the colors and it is very bright at night. We have it next to the TV stand, and at night, if my mom can't sleep, the colors lull her to sleep. I plan on giving this as a X-mas present.

These little nightlights are soooo adorable! I have ordered 4 of them! They change colors and are made well. The sensor is on the bottom and the mushrooms are movable. I just love looking at them. They aren't too bright and they dim with the dimming light. Not too bright and not too dim and they always get attention. Someone is always telling me how cute they are.
