The velcro strap on this boot is pretty much useless

The velcro strap on this boot is pretty much useless, it's impossible to tighten it at all, so it just flops around on my foot. The waterproofing doesn't go as high on the boot as it looks like in the picture, so stepping in any kind of substantial puddle, or being out in the rain for more than half an hour, renders them basically pointless, even with the top cinched, my socks were a sodden mess. I would have returned them, but by the time I needed to wear them (IE in the rain), the return window had passed and they denied me. Lesson learned: this will be the last time I purchase footwear I can't personally try on first.

I bought these in a size 12 for my teenage son. He usually wears an 11 1/2W but that size wasn't available so I took a chance. They fit great and he really likes them. Very happy with this purchase
Poor quality, not functional, and a waste of money. Spend another $20 and get a good pair.

Terrible boot. Somewhat cheaper than other winter boots, but not that much cheaper, not enough to make them worth it.
- Inner bootie seam is under your toes and the ball of your foot making it unbearable to walk in
- Outer cloth sleeve feels really thin and cheap
- Inner bootie foam is very stiff and uncomfertable
- ZERO arch support in the boot. It's like walking on a cheap flat sandal.
- Velcro strap can't be tightened at all due to the velcro placement on the strap, meaning the boot just flops around on your foot with no way to tighten it.
Over all this boot is NOT worth what it costs. Spend another $20 and get something made with some quality built in.

These are terrific for just running outside quickly in our Colorado snow and slush. Liner comes in and out a bit but not bad. Very water proof. Would not use for long walks but super for quick on and off.

Did order a full size larger. Guess every foot is different. They are for a 13yo so he will grow into them. They keep his feet nice and warm. No complaints so far except a little big. At least he can wear extra insulation ðŸ˜
