I am now on my 3rd month and have placed an order for a 4th month. I am very pleased. I already take a whole food vitamin from New Chapter, but I decided to supplement for my skin and hair. I color my hair due to graying, I swim a lot, I scuba dive a lot and I'm in the sun a lot. I don't do lotions, but I do the occasional coconut oil/jojoba oil on my skin for moisturizing and I have not had to use much at all. My skin is not dry at all! My hair is not breaking and it is visibly thickening. I don't think I'm growing more hair, but what I have is plumper if that makes sense. Another thing that has happened, and I don't know if I can attribute this to the supplement, but I don't have to wash my hair often....every 3 days. I'm just not over-producing oil through my scalp. Maybe it's just age...I don't know, but it coincidentally started about 5 weeks after beginning this supplement. I think it just has something my body was missing. Anyway, I'm convinced and I'll keep this supplement in my life.
