Great tool to regress push-ups

Great product, but what else can you expect from Mark Bell? I use this to regress my push-ups after recovering from two surgeries and it is great for that. If you've every used a band under you for assisted push-ups it works much the same and is much better than doing knee push-ups, which change the geometry of the movement. I have not tried it for bench press yet. Yes the logo starts to stretch out as soon as you use it, I don't care. The only thing I will say is that it is VERY snug on my arms. I am a 140lb 5'7" female and my arms almost don't fit in the small/medium. In fact if I were lifting as much as I was pre-surgery, I bet they wouldn't fit.

The slingshot has become a weekly staple in the gym bag. It pulls my arms into the correct plane for the bench press and activates my lats on warm up. The slingshot assists in pushing the weights back up and gives just enough push that I can finish the reps. In the time I've used this, my bench has gone up 25 pounds on unassisted lifts and I'm closing in on 225. Not entering a powerlifting competition anytime soon but pretty solid mark for a 50 year old guy.

I had to return this even though I was in the recommended size they give you. I'm 6'2" 250lbs with 17-17.5" arms. My arms were got bruised up trying to get this thing on and off. The motion seems smooth off the chest like others have said, but I'm going to have to try and get another one that has bigger arm sleeves as this 2xl will not fit.

Great product idea!!! first time using it tho, i already heard snapping sounds, and when i checked, tiny strands(not a lot) of rubber bands started sticking out of the material and mostly around the edges..they snapped.i like it because it does what its suppose to do..act like a spotter of sorts and help me increase my max and reps as well. Been using it every week for bout a month and a half now. Not sure how long the elasticity life is tho.bottom line is it works for me!!!
