Great Fan Timer

Too sensitive to dampness... adjusted it to lowest setting, but still turns on fan frequently during summer months when humidity is high, or when rain is expected... Fortunately, you can change the control to just be a timer... but not exactly what I purchased it to do...

Purchased 3 months ago and it has stopped coming on by itself. You have to manually turn on.

This thing is the bomb! I have a toilet closet and a small half bath that have both had problems with sweating walls during the hottest, most humid days this summer. And this extra moisture has led to some mold issues on the ceiling around the fan. Since installing these, the problem has been eliminated. I have the sensitivity set to the lowest setting, and it works great. It is also a nice benefit to have a timer to turn the fan off when it is turned on manually to save on fan wear and tear. Installation was moderately easy (if you can install a wall switch, then no problem). I highly recommend this product!
