Works great. I can fit a 32oz mason jar on my counter top under the spigot now. For reference, that's about as tall of a jar/container that will fit under your berkey spigot if you put this on a flat surface.

Definitely worth the investment if you're buying a Pro-Pur or Berkey stainless gravity water filter. I keep mine on a butcher block in the kitchen. Doesn't work well to fill my pitchers (must angle them) but perfect for pouring water into most drinking glasses, large coffee mugs, pet water bowls, etc. I did some comparative online shopping and this was the best price.

I delayed buying this because it was an extra expense to the Berkey system that I didn't "need" - but I wish I hadn't waited! It makes it sooo much more convenient to use. Now I don't have to hold my glass, measuring cup, or whatever there while I wait to fill it, which is a pain especially when the water pressure is low because I haven't filled it.
I got the sight glass spigot at the same time. Now, the Berkey is at eye level, so I can easily see how much I need to fill it as well.

Highest quality as I expected. This size was one inch bigger than I needed for my Aqua Pure gravity water filter tank but this one inch wider footprint also makes it more stable (non-tippable). When I fill my tank to the top and drop onto the lower tank, nothing wiggles or moves. Very stable with the pvc coated feet. A tall kitchen glass fits under it. Buy it!

It is a stand for your Berkey. Lets you get a cup under the spigot if it is on a counter or table top rather than hanging off an edge. I really suggest it if you are planning for your Berkey to overhand a sink, since this keeps the spigot further from the sink's "splash zone." Trust me, if your Berk is next to your sick you will see from the splashes water spotting the stainless that you do throw up a good deal of water (often distasteful stuff floating in a used dish).
