Very good work out set and has a good variety of different work outs only thing my husband didn't like is that there was only on of a certain type of workout every month (forgot which) so he didn't follow the calendar after awhile and just watched what videos he wanted to.

Already see more results from RIPT90 after the first 2 weeks, than I did with any of the P90x workouts. Broader shoulders, tighter waist line, stronger legs, etc. IT WORKS.
Some things to note:
- Workouts are shorter than most P90x, but they are much tougher.
- If your a beginner, you may want to modify quite a bit.
- Jody Hendrix doesn't play around, he's straight to the point, and gives you what you need for results.
- You will be hungry more often.
- Eat more protein along with this routine, or you'll crash after a few days. Just watch your fat calories / cholesterol intake, (You'll hurt if you eat a bad meal the night before doing RIPT90, since its heavy on the heart and lungs)
- The program is worth more than what it sells for.

It is a really intense workout. I can honestly feel an accomplished and I can feel the change. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to change their workout routine. Set looks great, well organized, diet plan and exercise plan are well planned and the little chart you can hang to keep track of your workouts is very useful.I am a beginner and new to the whole exercise thing and this is quite a vigorous workout for me to say the least, but I am basically sedentary/mildly active so I can't really comment on how challenging it is if you are very active.Moderate active may find this a great set as well, however. Now if it only came with the motivation to get down to the family room and use it consistently, it would be perfect for me lol
