Love the mini-crossbow

Love the mini-crossbow, but the scope is a waste of a scope (it is just an extra novelty serves no real purpose). This is my third mini-bow, and so far it has been the strongest of the 3. Beware as with all the other mini-bows I have purchased the nuts that hold the metal onto the the outer casing will back-off and then they will fall off. If that happens just get a little super glue or Gorilla glue replace them one time and poof be done with that problem. Make sure if you plan on shooting a lot to buy more than 1 extra bowstring. I think adding some bowstring wax along with a couple of extra bowstrings plus eliminating the useless scope would make this the perfect purchase.

As others have said - THIS IS NOT A TOY. Great quality for the price. Be sure you have a professional grade target. Parental supervision is a must, but this is a lot of fun. The extra scope is not even required. Assembly will require some strength as will using this - but again - well worth it. The arrows will not survive impact on anything not intended to be shot by arrows - but they give you plenty. Highly recommend this for 12 years and older.

Great Crossbow for the money! We didn't want to buy a high-end crossbow for my 13 year-old son, as his first one. We opted for this one because of the reviews, and we weren't disappointed! It's pretty sturdy, and the bolts aren't too bad, either. We listened to the other reviews and bought extra bolts, but if you're just using them at targets, the ones that come with it should be fine. Anyway, he loves it!
