Compact but not enduring

It is convenient in a dark night while camping or caverning and lightweight for adults, and it's a bit loose on small kids' heads. It provided a good occasional use throughout the first 2 years including used in home repair jobs, then the casing became loose, the electronic control/button started to malfunction, water started coming in, and the batteries miss the metal contact. Had to buy a more sturdy design.
Good Headlamp, Can Turn On While Packed

I used this headlight strictly as a red light. See the video for a demo of how to use the different light modes. It is pretty easy to use.
There are two reasons it does not get 5 stars. First off, it did turn on during the night while packed away, wasting battery. Secondly, the one strap design can slide off your head quite easily if the strap I'd not tight. Overall, it is a quality headlamp, but be aware how you store it.

This is a really good headlamp. The instructions are super clear, but once you learn how to use it, it's pretty simple. To turn the red light on you have to hold down the on/off switch and then do the same thing to turn it back to regular. Also, the directions say to not use rechargeable batteries, and this is completely accurate. The headlamp didn't work as well with rechargeable batteries, especially when it gets cold. The opening where the batteries go feels a little flimsy. However, this headlamp is super bright and works very well. When opening up the package and testing out the headlamp, be sure to face the headlamp away from you, I almost blinded myself because this thing is so bright. Very worth the price. Would totally recommend.

I'm very happy with this head light. I don't have the best light in my living room. I'm handicapped and am restricted to my movement in my apt. This light is so helpful to me. Wish I'd bought it a long time ago. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing help with light up clise. I may buy one for my brother.
