For the price, this can't be beat. It arrived in 3 days, sealed tightly with an icepack to keep it cool until it arrived. The taste is wonderful and not overwhelmingly strong. It's great for making your own dressing/dipping sauce. Good stuff.

Smooth and creamy cheese, heavily blue veined. Not as sharp as Maytag blue so never overpowering but rich enough even for burgers. Good for eating by itself.
