As others have stated, it is rather thin. The chunks mentioned in the ingredients are tiny. Has a rather odd aftertaste, which must be a property of light dressings. Better as a dip than to dress salad with.

And if you love blue cheese dressing, it still tastes pretty darn rich. I like it. Tasty. Hard to find in some supermarkets. Glad it was buyable here.

Great flavor for a Light salad dressing. A thinner consistency than the original, but it still tastes great for being a reduced fat dressing.
