I first tasted these during a family visit to the Southeast, told they were bought at TJ's.
Returning home I was quite pleased to find these on Amazon (and later in a store near me).
Soft, perfectly sized for crackers or gulping whole, rings true as "essence of brie".
I was surprised (pleasantly) how well these traveled, and how well they stay good, even in room temp (at least while on store shelves or in transit via Amazon). Really nice to be able to find online, easy & fair price.
