If I could give 1/16 of a star I would. It was scratched and broken in every way. The best thing about it was the power strip worked but the legs and the dividers were so messed up. I should have gotten this for $5.00 because it was so beaten up. Theres stitching around the borders of the dividers and even the stitching was broke. The legs I spoke of before were all cracked off so they could fit in the box. I had to throw them away because they couldn't even be glued on to the base. There are so many nicks and scratches. The millennial or blind person you had doing quality control on this product needs to be re-trained. I have been an amazon member for a very long time and overlooked many things but this was just beyond sub-par work. I know you have a center here and everyone comes in hungover or high but come on. I used to love to buy used or refurb stuff from amazon. Never again.

**update: contacted seller and they replaced it with no issues and in a hurry. Was able to ship back the defective one with a prepaid postage from the seller. This was exactly what I was looking for and works great for all of our electronic devices.

Highly disappointed with this product. Looks nice and sits well, but the customization was placed on the back of the product and not on the front as advertised, so there's no point of paying the expensive cost if you aren't getting what your paying for.

It's fine, but not really useful if you want to have it at full capacity and each of those devices charging. The power strip should really have USB plugs becuase they take up less space whereas, with this one, only half of the outlets can be used since the place overlap. There should be an option to buy without a power supply so people can purchase the right power strip for their needs if the product won't be offered with USB plugs.

Seems as durable as thin bamboo can be. However, at the slightest tug, the slats that separate devices pop out, requiring readjustment nearly every time a device is plugged in or removed.

It's not worth the price charged, for sure. Will be returning.

We used to have a box with a lid that not all the cords fit into and not all the electronics would fit on top of. This is much, much better. Ours is light bamboo and came with a power strip, which is brown and fits tightly into the box at the back of the charging station. You could replace it if you found one that works better for your needs. The slot for the power strip cord is on the left side. For us it would be better on the right, or to have a slot on each side to give more flexibility, which is why we're giving it 4 stars. It's true that with varying sizes of chargers you can't use all 6 outlets, but we have never found a power strip that accommodates the maximum number of chargers. We are able to use 5, but it works because we never seem to need to charge our 2 ipads, 3 kindles, and 3 phones all at the same time. We have the cords looped up with twist ties hiding behind the last divider, and we haven't tried to keep them underneath or inside the place where the power strip goes. They definitely wouldn't fit. We just have relatively short ends of cords curling around to the front or top where they are easily accessible. It still looks so much neater than having a big, visible tangle of cords and electronics all over the place. And our charging station doesn't slide around, but we have it on a quartz countertop in any case, so we don't have to worry about the metal legs scratching anything. You could put those small rubber bumpers that go on cabinet doors under each leg and that would solve the problem mostly invisibly if you're keeping this on wood furniture. The dividers are relatively thin, but if they don't need to support a lot of weight (no laptops or anything larger/heavier than a tablet) they work well enough to keep everything separate and accessible. Seems like users of these charging stations have specific, individual needs. The same organizer doesn't work for everyone. This one works very well for us.

I was very disappointed on receiving this item today. The dividers and box are cheaply made. The power cord does not sit flush inside the box and feels like it will fall out at any moment. The power cord is a very generic, cheap quality item that feels like it was an afterthought. Overall it feels like the item will not safely hold my iPad and iPhone during charging. This is definitely not with the price and I would not buy it again.
