Have taken Urcinol for several years, and that works wonders for Gout. Tried this product due to the reviews, and price. I have been taking it for 3 days now, no noticeable side affects yet, and the product works as good, if not better than Urcinol. Sunday was a good test, steak, lobster, and shrimp for supper, total recipe for gout, and did not get the slightest flare up. Good product!
