This Little gem comes in a box in a thousand pieces that you have to put together. If you're going to give it to a kid younger than the age of ten I suggest you put it together for them before you give it to them because it takes a good half hour to do.

This LPS jet is better quality than I expected given the poor quality of most of the items that go with the LPS animals. It doesn't have the flimsy feeling that the other items my daughter has to go with her LPS. Also, the pieces of the jet aren't constantly falling off and getting lost like parts of other LPS products have in the past. A piece may come unattached occasionally though it takes a good bump or force for that to happen. All in all I would definitely recommend this item.

First off, this is a dad's Christmas morning nightmare. After opening the box, you see 1,000 little parts that all need to be put together. Start this project once the excitement has died down. The parts fit together but not as firmly as I would like. The hinges are all very weak and you feel like the doors and walls are going to snap apart when you open them. Once assembled, my girls thought it was pretty cool. It didn't take them long to break off the tail fin and a few other little parts. The parts snap back in place but how many times a day should you have to snap parts back on when they constantly fall off? Eventually they will get lost and it will be a plane without a windshield or tail fins. Not the type of flight I would like to take.

This is not a toy. It's a kit. Every piece that could possibly be shipped disassembled, is. It wasn't just about shipping it, it was about the factory saving labor hours. It wasn't difficult to assemble, just time consuming. If getting this for a child as a present, assemble it the night before and put the assembled version in a box.

I wish there were a negative 5 star. I bought two of these jets. I am not happy at all! The jets came to us in a box with about 250 parts each needing to be assembled. After finally getting them put together, we found them difficult to maneuver when opening and closing the lids. This ended up with the jet to fall apart. If they falls apart with us handling them, what would happen with two little five-year-olds? I called Hasbro and they said they would replace them with an item of the same value that THEY get to choose. Come on, Hasbro. They've struck out in my book!!
