Seems to be a manufacturer part, fits perfectly on my AWD Husqvarna push mower (same size wheels front and back). A little pricey, but the original wheels lasted 3+ years and the only reason for the replacement is that one of the hubs on a rear wheel cracked, so I just replaced both rear wheels.
