Does exactly what it's supposed to. I've seen a few people who have had issues with the max360 in their reviews, I don't know if there was confusion with how to install or what, but I can confirm that it works great with mine. It took a little bit to get perfectly adjusted, but once I did it worked great. The fit to the detector is extremely secure and there is very little vibration even when going over bumps in a pretty tightly sprung car. I can't imagine other options that are well over twice the cost being much better than this.

The radar detector flops around and the position changes. I have the bolts as tight as i can make them but the problem persists.
Perfectly acceptable alternative to the blend mount.

At literally a fraction of the blend mount's price, this mount looks and works fine.
I have a 2014 ford edge, this mounted to the RVM in less than 10 minutes, the hand tool provided was plenty to affix it in a sturdy, snug, fashion without leaving marks on the sensor/wire casing around the stem, and the Max II has yet to bump the mirror while I'm driving.
I have no problem removing or reseating the Escort Max II, I cannot speak to other brands or types.

Works perfectly on all the cars I tested. It easily moves up behind your mirror when not in use.
Additional note: I have a car camera mounted on the windshield and this mount behind it. It has worked properly, though a little Loctite helps to resist loosening after multiple long distant travels. You can move it around, even with a car cam in front, where I can tuck it behind the mirror when not in use and totally hidden. It is a great price and cheap and combine with a mirror tap, you have ideal mount and power up with minimal install effort.
