Thank God it was only $88 bucks! This thing took me a long time to assemble. I think it was used, because it had several scratches on the steel/body and rust in several holes!! It doesnt move easily at all and I cant get the pump to work to adjust the height.
UPDATE:
This seller called me 2 minutes after I posted this and immediately helped me resolve the issue!! Works great now. Still rusty parts but cant beat the price. Hopefully it works great for a long time
