I use this for my dog who has sensitive skin and stomach, I give him several tablespoons a day mixed in with his dry food, and his dandruff is finally subsiding, the vet said about 3 months and it should be gone:) I have used this on my hair and skin and it feels great, nice to put in your hair at night on the ends if you have dry ends, it really does condition! I'm hoping it might help my dog with keeping his joints healthy too?

I thought I would like that it didn't have flavor as I mainly use it in smoothies and brushed on sweet potatoes and veggies that I bake...but I didn't really care for it. The mouthfeel from the smoothie was bad when I used this coconut oil and it congealed faster than any other coconut oil. Normally it takes over an hr of a smoothie sitting to start congealing but within 10 minutes the smoothie was clumpy it was weird. And brushed on veggies and baked was another use but didn't taste right again. I switched to Walmart brand organic coconut oil and the mouthfeel is much better. I think I prefer a little coconut flavor in my coconut oil

Buy this Coconut Oil! It's the best for all cooking needs and cosmetic purposes as well. Smells so good. Not overwhelming and a very healthy alternative to butter for baking. I made chocolate icing with it and it tasted like heaven. If you want to watch the saturated fat in your diet and you love eating fried foods then fry it in this. It's such a healthy alterative and your French fries and heart will love ya for it!
