The flange at the back makes installation a bit tricky if you're cutting into drywall. If the studs are too close together by half an inch, you're going to have a problem. You're also going to have an esthetics issue if you cut the space too big. Take your time and increase the size in increments until you can get it in.
The space taken up by the electronics is significant. Reduces available space by about 25% so keep that in mind.
